摘要 PURPOSE:To measure distance and light with luminous flux which has the same visual field and to improve the precision of focusing detection by providing a light transmission type thin film photoelectric converting element with a thin-line photodetection pattern in the visual field of distance measurement. CONSTITUTION:A thin-line type amorphous silicon photodiode pattern for light measurement which serves as a mark 13 is vapor-deposited on the flat part of a pupil image forming lens 14 to form a center light measurement part 20 consisting of a center lateral thin line type center photometric elements 20a, light transmission parts 20b, etc., surrounded with a measurement part 21 equipped with peripheral thin line photometric elements 21a and light shield parts 21b. Longitudinal line type detection light for focusing is image-formed on focus detection sensors 6a and 6b through the photometric part 20, a split 20, a split prism 4, a secondary image forming lens 5, etc., without exerting any influence upon the lateral line elements 20a of the photometric part 20. Therefore, the distance is measured with the same luminous flux by the photometric elements 6a and 6b through the elements 20a and 21a and high-precision storage time control for element outputs is carried out with the outputs of the elements 20a and 21a, thereby improving the focusing detection precision.
