An antiallergic remedy for oral administration rapidly absorbable from the digestive tubes, being hydrolyzed with an enzyme in organisms immediately after absorption to give a nonester derivative which is useful for bronchial asthma, allergic rhintis, an irritation feeling at the top of the throat, spring catarrh, chronic allergic conjunctivitis, etc. PREPARATION:A compound shown by the formula II is reacted with a compound shown by the formula III or formula IV in a solvent preferably in the presence of a basic catalyst such as 4-dimethylaminopyridine, etc., to give a compound shown by the formula I. |
