<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a lightweight vibration-proof material having a highly mechanical strength at a low cost, by bonding first and second molded sections made of hard thermoplastic polymer and a third molded section made of heat resistant soft plastic elastomer and disposed between the first and second molded sections, with each other with the use of adhesive intermediate layers. CONSTITUTION:Inner and outer molded sections 1, 2 which are concentric with and spaced from each other are formed from hard thermoplastic polymer, and an intermediate molded section 3 made of heat-resistant soft elastomer is disposed between the inner and outer molded sections 1, 2. They are bonded together with the use of thin adhesive layers 4 which are adhesive with respect to them and which are disposed among them. Accordingly, it is possible to facilitate the production of vibration-resistance materials which are cheap, lightweight and stainless, having a high heat-resistance and a high mechanical strength and exhibiting an excellent vibration resistant characteristic even at a high temperature.</p> |
