PURPOSE:To rapidly suppress the vibration of a car and improve riding quality by varying the characteristic of a suspension when judged that the amplitude of a car height data is out of a predetermined range and that the period of variation of the car height data is within a predetermined range. CONSTITUTION:In the captioned device, whether the vibrating condition of a body corresponds to a predetermined condition or not, is judged by a judging means M3 based on each car height data from front and rear wheel car-height detecting means M1, M2 which detect intervals between the front and rear wheels and the body as the car height. And, when judged YES, the characteristic of a suspension is varied by a suspension characteristic varying means M4. In this case, the judging means M3 has an amplitude judging means M5 which judges whether the amplitude of the car height data corresponds to a predetermined condition or not, and a period judging means M6 which judges whether the varying period of the car height data is within a predetermined range or not. And, the vibrating condition of the body is judged to correspond the predetermined condition when the judged results of both of the judging means M5, M6 are YES. |
