A bedding assembly provides a base encompassing portion (22), a base covering portion (23) and a body covering portion (24). The base encompassing portion (22) includes a peripheral section (26) around a base (13). The base covering portion (23) includes a first sheet (31) disposed over the top surface of the base (13). A first fastener (32) releasably secures the edges of the first sheet (31) to the peripheral section (26). The body covering portion (24) includes a second sheet (33) disposed over the first sheet (31) and a blanket (45) disposed over the second sheet (33). A second fastener (36) releasably secures the side edges of the second sheet (33) to adjacent edges of the first sheet (31). A third fastener (48) releasably secures the side edges of the blanket (45) to adjacent edges of the second sheet (33). |
