Arranged on a guide part (1) of the device is a lifting arrangement for heating pipes (H). When the device is placed on a floor surface (B), at least one movable part (24) of the lifting arrangement first comes into contact with the floor (B), after which this part (24) is displaced relative to the guide part (1) and thus an engagement of lifting pieces (25, 26) under the heating pipe (H) is brought about. The lifting pieces (25, 26) lift the heating pipe (H), after which a heating-pipe holder is pressed in, which secures the heating pipe (H) in the lifted position. During lifting of the device, the lifting pieces (25, 26) pivot outwards again, after which the device can be lifted off in an inhindered manner. With the device, it is possible to fasten heating pipes (H) at a distance from the floor surface (B) without additional handling. <IMAGE>
