<p>PURPOSE:To stably control a generator terminal voltage in the transient state when AC system and DC system defects occur by controlling the excitation in response to the power change of a generator. CONSTITUTION:A synchronous generator 13 has an excitation controller 15 for controlling a terminal voltage and a DC power drop preventing unit 16. The unit 16 passes only a variation signal to next stage by a variation detector 16B from DC transmission power detected by an effective power detector 16A. The variation signal is input to a stabilizer 16C composed of a gain, phase compensator to have stable and adaptive closed loop control system. The output signal of the stabilizer 16C is input to the controller 15 through a limiter 16D so as not to generate a generator terminal voltage variation more than required.</p> |
