PURPOSE:To operate a machine smoothly by a user not familiar with an operation obtaining the support of a clerk by detecting the number of times of erroneous operations by the user, displaying user information and illuminating a lamp to request the support of the clerk. CONSTITUTION:The monitoring information of an automatic teller machine 2 is always transmitted to a monitoring device 3. In other words, the monitoring device 3 outputs a polling signal in order to each automatic teller machine from a control part 33 through a communication control mechanism 30, and receives the monitoring information one after another from the automatic teller machine corresponding to the polling signal. And by monitoring the number of times of the erroneous operations and the time-out of the operating time, the user not familiar with the operation is detected rapidly and the user information is extracted from the magnetic card information of the said user, displaying it on the monitoring device 3. the monitoring device performs the display of the above and also rings a buzzer and displays the user information and illuminates the lamp corresponding to a bit in a receiving message and informs it to the clerk. |
