OUTPUT VOLTAGE CONTROL SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To decrease the number of IC external elements and to improve the space merit of a substrate by providing an output voltage control circuit with the bridge connection secured among the 1st-4th or the 3rd-6th transistors. CONSTITUTION:The bridge connection is secured among the 1st-4th transistors TrQ1-Q4 as well as among the 3rd-6th transistors TrQ3-Q6 respectively. The output of an output voltage control circuit REG1 is connected to the bases of the TrQ1 and Q3 against an output pair containing the TrQ1-Q4. While the output of an REG2 is connected to the bases of the TrQ3 and Q5 against another output pairs containing the TrQ3-Q6. Then the breeder voltage is applied to the inputs IN-1 and IN-2 respectively to obtain the output voltage at the loads M1 and M2 respectively. Thus it is possible to decrease the number of IC external terminals and also to improve the space merit of a substrate.
