PURPOSE:To quickly and easily grasp the correspondence of an editing image and an original image, by storing original image read-out information together with the editing image, on a memory device. CONSTITUTION:An image inputted from an image input device 1 is written and registered in a memory device 3 by the image memory device 2. From the image in an image data base, a desired image is read out by an image read-out device 4, and an editing work is executed by an editing device 5. An editing image on an image display device 6 is written in the memory device 3 by an editing recording device 7. At the same time, original image read-out information containing a storage address in the memory device 3 of an original image of an image for constituting an editing picture is written in the memory device 3. |
