Heating panel has structure protecting panel mounting portions free from impact of injected insulation soln. A heating panel, e.g. for floor heating, has a housing frame which accommodates a zigzag pipe(4a) fixed, e.g., with Al tape and into which an insulating soln., e.g., urethane foam, is injected at high speed at, e.g., 100kg/cm2. The frame is set in a required location by fixing its mounting points(1C) by means of fixture elements(6) e.g., nut and bolt assemblies, provided inside the frame at the mounting points. Fixture elements and mounting points are protected from injected insulation soln. by adjacent buffer elements (13) that are impregnated with the insulating soln. and may also define flow guide surfaces for deflecting injected soln. |
