PURPOSE:To solve various problems such as the uneven coating, repelling and foaming of a coating liq. to produce a texture improving effect and to carry out the efficient production of a product by high-speed coating by using a photosensitive layer or a precoat layer contg. a specified silicone surfactant. CONSTITUTION:When a diazo photosensitive layer is formed on a support to obtain a diazo copying material, fine silica particles and a silicone surfactant represented by formula I are incorporated into the photosensitive layer. When the diazo photosensitive layer is formed on the support with a precoat layer in-between to obtain a diazo copying material, the fine silica particles and the silicone surfactant represented by the formula I are incorporated into the precoat layer. The silicone surfactant has about 3-20 polymn. degree (n) (18% solid content) and the preferred amount of the surfactant used is 0.1-0.5 part by weight per 100 parts liq. for forming the photosensitive layer or the precoat layer. |
