The invention relates to a spraying arrangement for producing baked products, such as polonaises and the like, from a foam substance (1), at least one spraying nozzle (2) being provided which has a core (3) arranged axially in it, feeding elements (4) for feeding the foam substance (1) to the spraying nozzle (2) and means (5) for dividing, in a contact-free manner, the foam substance (1) which emerges from the spraying nozzle (2) into individual baked products. The dividing means may be composed of a compressed air nozzle (5) which points radially inwards, the strand of foamed substance being divided by the air emitted by the said nozzle (5). <IMAGE>
