The subject-matter of the invention makes possible methods for determining the chemical components in solid, gaseous and liquid materials in variable depths. In the medical sector it permits advantageous determination of tissue levels and of the blood as well as monitoring of metabolic processes in vivo. In the industrial sector it can be used inter alia for investigating aqueous solutions in environmental protection and in foodstuff chemistry. Compared with previous methods, the use of the subject-matter of the invention is considerably less costly and allows analyses to take place in real time.
