PURPOSE:To perform the graphic display at a high speed by putting an area comparison step into the generation processing step of digital segments. CONSTITUTION:In an area comparison step 8 it is decided whether or not the point coordinates Xi and Yi of a digital segment of a vector are set outside the area of a window 100. For instance, a start point PE2 is defined with a vector 102 and X is decreased one by one each time. Thus the over-decision is defined for the step 8 when Xi<XL is satisfied and the processing is through with the corresponding vector. While a start point PS3 is defined with a vector 103 and Y is increased one by one each time. Then X is processed against said increment and therefore the over-decision is defined for the step 8. Thus the processing is through with the vector 103. |
