Access surveillance and anti-theft alarm device for sea or land vehicles. The present invention comprises, on a given port area or vehicle park, a device which comprises a central data-processing unit associated with at least one badge reader 3 and/or digital keyboard 2 allowing the users to enter their owner's code.
