<p>PURPOSE:To improve chipping resistance, corrosion preventiveness, physical performance, etc. by coating an electrodeposition paint on steel products and applying an aq. barrier coat which can form a coated film having a specific static glass transition temp. thereon, then coating a liquid finish paint thereon. CONSTITUTION:The electrodeposition paint is coated on the steel products, then the aq. barrier coat which can form the coated film having 0--75 deg.C static glass transition temp. (e.g., paint contg. a modified polyolefin resin or the like as an aq. vehicle) is applied thereon; thereafter, the liquid finish paint is coated thereon. As a result, the composite coated film having the extremely high chipping resistance, corrosion preventiveness, weatherability, physical performance, etc. is formed.</p> |
