PURPOSE:To permit the coupling and sepn. of inside cylinders in an insulating fluid to and from each other from the outside by connecting plural pulse devices of which the inside cylinders and outside cylinders are constructed as electrodes by connecting outside cylinder and providing an electrode which slides in a cylindrical electrode connected to one of the inside cylinders and can be attached and detached at the other end to and from the other cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The 1st line outside cylinder 1a and the 2nd line outside cylinder 3 and the insulating fluid is filled between the outside cylinder 1a and the inside cylinder 2a. The operator connects the inside cylinders to each other by engaging the notch of an operating rod 16 with a connecting shaft 15 of the sliding electrode 14, pushing the rod 16 to slide the electrode 14 in the cylindrical electrode 10 connected and fixed to the inside cylinder 2b and turning a handle 16e to connect the top end to the inside screw 1a at a screw part 13. The operation is made reverse in the case of separating the inside cylinders. Pulse forming characteristics, etc. can be tested by joining and separating the two electrodes in ther hermetically sealed insulating liquid by the operation from the outside. Since springs, etc. are not used, the construction is simple and trouble-free. |
