PURPOSE:To produce bean curd without troublesome operation, by operating and controlling a tank for stirring soybean flour with water, soybean milk boiling tank, steam supplying means, soybean milk discharging means, forming tank and soybean milk introductory means into the boiling tank one after another with a controlling device. CONSTITUTION:Soybean flour and water are fed to a stirring tank 1 and a starting switch 11 is pushed to operate a stirring means 2 for a given time by a controlling device 10. Soybean milk is introduced into a boiling tank 4 by an introductory means 3. A steam supplying means 5 is then operated by the controlling device 10 and steam is supplied to the boiling tank 4 for a given time. After the lapse of steaming time, a discharging means 7 is operated to transfer the boiled soybean milk to a forming tank 8 and a coagulating agent is added to coagulate the boiled soybean milk. |
