SPINNERET APPARATUS'S POLLISHING METHOD

摘要

A spinning machine used in spinning of thermoplastic synthetic fiber was polished and regenerated. Thus, spinning pack was deteched from spinning machine and disassembled. Nozzle and other pack parts were soaked to a soln. of 0.2 wt.% Ca-acetate in triethylene glycol at 280≦̸C for 2hr and boiled in 10% soln. of (NH4)2SO4 at 100≦̸C for 1hr. The polished device was dried with compressed air of 1kg/cm2. Solids on nozzle and other pack parts were not detected by microscopic observation.
