A rake is proposed which can be used with devices for the removal from storage of bulk materials kept in piles of different geometrical shape. To reduce the overall weight, the rake is made up of interconnecting profiled components, such as tubes in particular, which can be screwed to one another at their junction points to permit the easy exchange of individual components. For static support of the structure, the rake has a lattice of supporting elements, which may take the form of rods or cables, stretched over it in a direction which is horizontal and/or vertical and/or inclined in relation to it, further crosspieces extending between the points of contact of the individual supporting elements and corresponding tubes, for reinforcement of the entire structure.
