PURPOSE:To obtain a resin molded article whose dimensional accuracy and external appearance are both favorable by controlling pressure inside all of the cavities so that the same becomes reference inner pressure of a mold, by providing a pressure detecting means for detecting pressure inside the cavity and a means for varying inner pressure of the cavity at the time of molding to each of the cavities, which are actuated according to the pressure detected by the control device. CONSTITUTION:A resin temperature and pressure inside a cavity are under relations wherein inner pressure of a mold increases also in proportion to an increase of the resin temperature like a curve I. This is due to a matter that viscosity of the resin is lowered, filling is facilitated and dwelling effect acts upon for a long period of time by lagging gate seal time of a mold. Therefore, it brcomes possible to control pressure insides the first and second cavities 41, 42 separately at the time of molding by varying values of currents flowing through heaters 71, 72. |
