<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a resin pellet reutilizing a waste by a method wherein the waste of polyolefin series resin is cut and crushed by the high-speed rotation of a rotary edge and is half molten by frictional heat, then, water is poured into the waste of resin to divide it into fine particles. CONSTITUTION:Polyolefin resin films or strings, retrieved in the macerating process of waste paper, are dehydrated and dried by a centrifugal dehydrator to the degree of moisture of 5-15%. When the dehydrated films or strings are thrown into a mixer 1, the thrown material flows along the inner wall surface of a tank by the centrifugal force of the mixer and the temperature thereof is risen suddenly by a frictional heat. The water of 1-2% is poured into the polyolefin series resin content to cool it suddenly when the polyolefin series resin is softened and the semi-molten condition of the same is advanced sufficiently, the resin is solidified and is pulverized simultaneously by a rotary edge 4.</p> |
