PURPOSE:To detect the change in the rotary angle of a shaft in the form of a signal based on the presence or absence of holes on discs, in the device wherein the synchronizing state between the systems which are commonly provided in an electrical station and the like, by attaching the discs having the holes corresponding to the angles to be tested to a rotary shaft of a synchrometer. CONSTITUTION:The discs 3-1 and 3-2, in the surface of which the holes 3-11-14 and 3-21-25 are provided, respectively, are attached to the rotary shaft 1-5 of the synchrometer. When the rotary shaft 1-4 of the synchrometer is rotated in response to the phase angle difference of the applied voltage, an output voltage 4-3 corresponding to said angle is obtained. Namely, a -1 signal is obtained from the hole 3-11 at every 1 degree, a -2 signal is obtained from the hole 3-12 at every 2 degrees... a -128 signal is obtained from the hole 3-24 at every 128 degrees, and a signal of a half cycle (-SG signal) is obtained from the hole 3-25. These signals are the binary coded signals of the rotary angles of the synchrometer shaft, and digitally displayed on a numerical display 4-5 in the decimal degrees with symbols through a display converting circuit 4-4. |
