PURPOSE:To emit intrinsic color and to emit an intermediate color by approaching a plurality of light emitting diode chips for emitting different colors, die bonding and integrating the chips, supplying a current to the chips while altering the repetition time or supplying the current by altering the current ratio. CONSTITUTION:A substrate is formed of an N-type semiconductor of GaP for emitting a green color, and an LED chip 2a is formed of the semiconductor. The substrate is also formed of a P-type GaA As for emitting a red color, and an LED chip 2b is formed of the substrate. Thereafter, a plurality of chips for emitting different colors are disposed while approaching the substrate,the substrate is connected with leads 4a for insulating and passing a stem 1, the surface wirings 3 of the chips 2a, 2b are connected together with leads 4b similarly, and the chips are coated with an enclosure 5. Thus, lights are individually emitted in response to the power ratio by applying an arbitrary pulse, an interval is provided at the applying time to recognize the intermediate color by the psychological action. |
