<p>PURPOSE:To remove simply and easily a recording paper which has become a jam state in a resist roller and a feed-out roller, by releasing a driving means which is connected to a paper feed device by a means which is grounded by an inclined surface part which is formed in a part of the bottom face of a copying machine body, and an operating member which is projected from the inclined surface part. CONSTITUTION:A rocking lever 80 which can turn freely by using a revolving shaft 24a of a gear 24 is energized counterclockwise by a tension spring 81 and can engage a gear 25 which is attached axially to a position which is engaged to the gear 24, to a gear 11. When the front of a copying machine body 1 so as to contact to the floor surface by an inclined surface part 1a, said rocking lever 80 turns clockwise against the tension spring 81 by weight of the copying machine and detaches said gear 25 from an engagement of the gear 11. As a result, the second paper feed roller and a feed-out roller become a state that they can rotate freely, and a jam paper which is generated extending from a paper feed cassette to an image transfer part can be drawn out in the direction opposite to its carrying direction and can be removed very easily.</p> |
