<p>PURPOSE:To detect anchor running automatically and improve safety of vessels and save labor during anchoring by judging whether the position of own vessel obtained always by a radar equipment is within an allowable moving limit or not basing on anchor position at the time of anchorage using a computer. CONSTITUTION:A detecting device 7 that detects the position of anchor consists of a sonar 18, a chain length meter 19, a tidal current meter 20, an anemometer 22, a gyrocompass 23 and a draft meter 24 etc. An allowable moving limit calculating section 17 of a computer 8 calculates horizontal distance from the anchor position to a radar mast basing on data from the device 7 to obtain circular orbit of the vessel. At the same time, anchor position at the time of starting monitoring is determined from data from an anchorage position storing memory 14, and allowable moving limit is set. Momently fixed object position detected by a radar 6 is inputted to a position comparison arithmetic unit 16 in the computer 8 and compared always with the allowable value set by the calculating section 17, and when the vessel deviated from the allowable moving limit, an abnormality alarm signal is outputted to a collision prevention supporting device 10.</p> |
