PURPOSE:To suppress the irregularity in size of an electrode part as well as to contrive reduction in deterioration of characteristics by a method wherein the cover glass, to be coated on the light-receiving surface of a solar battery using a bonding agent, is positioned by the use of a cover glass bonding jig and then the cover glass is adhered. CONSTITUTION:A cover glass 2 is positioned using a cover glass bonding jig 9 with which the part of the electrode 3 which is not covered by a cover glass is always maintained at the fixed dimensions. After a bonding agent 4 is coated, the cover glass 2 is hardened in the state wherein it is fitted to the guide 8 to be used for positioning of the cover glass 2. As a result, the measurements of the part of the electrode 3 which is not covered by the cover glass 2 can always be maintained at the fixed small value. Consequently, the irregularity of the measurements of the electrode 3 part can be suppressed, and the reduction in the deterioration of characteristics can be achieved. |
