PURPOSE:To avoid occurrence of affairs such as erroneous recognition or impossibility of recognition in recognizing process by storing image signals read by an image inputting device in a specified storing section of a storage unit once, and making correcting process of the image signals thereafter, and storing corrected image signals in an accessory storage section belonging to specified storage section. CONSTITUTION:The image signals stored once in an image memory 5 are taken out successively in specified order to a shift register 6 and shifted, and further inputted to a shift register 7 and a shift register 8 and shifted. On the other hand, many predetermined reference patterns are stored in a mask table 9, and image signals are corrected comparing with inputted arrangement pattern. For instance, when the pattern is such that a signal [1] is only at the center out of (3X3) patterns, the signal [1] is eliminated. The image signals corrected by the mask table 9 are shifted successively to a shift register 10 and a shift register 11, and timing is taken to store 2<6> bits of corresponding address of the image signal 5. |
