PURPOSE:To mass-produce plural pieces of electric conduction processed food in an optional shapes, by filling a raw food material in a filling chamber formed in an insulating container having both opened sides and passing a current through the food material to age, heat and sterilize the food material. CONSTITUTION:A thin-layer releasable housing bag 2 having both opened ends is inserted into an insulating container 1 of optional cross-sectional shape having both opened ends, and plural bent dividing partition walls 3 and plate dividing partition walls (3a) are alternately inserted thereinto to make the walls alternately in the opposite directions in the form of piled up state and form plural filling chamber 5. A raw food material (A) is then filled from one of the opened sides of the container 1 in the filling chamber 5, and a pair of electrical contact bodies 6 and 7 left and right are engaged with the container 1 from the both opened sides and brought into close contact with the food material (A). A pair of electrode plates 8 and 9 are pushed against the outside of the electrical contact bodies 6 and 7, and a current is passed therethrough to age, heat and sterilize the food material (A) through the electrical contact bodies 6 and 7. |
