PURPOSE:To prevent molding material from stagnating in a condition that it is contacted with high-temperature inner peripheral wall surface and generating burn phenomenon due to thermal decomposition by a method wherein stagnation of the molding material on the inner peripheral wall surface of the main body of a nozzle of prevented by a rotary number. CONSTITUTION:A rotary member 29 is held rotatably in the introducing port 11 of the main body 10 of nozzle and is contacted slidably with an inner peripheral wall surface 113, forming an introducing port 11, while being rotated in the same port 11 by a molding material, flowing in the same port 11. The molding material flows in a hot runner 30 while keeping molten condition and is introduced into the introducing port 11. The rotary member 20 is rotated by the molding material, flowing from the introducing port 11 toward a nozzle port 112. The molding material near the inner peripheral wall surface 113 of the main body 10 of nozzle is extruded toward the nozzle port 112 without stagnating by a spiral contacting section 202 contacting slidably with the inner peripheral wall surface 113 of the introducing port 11. According to this method, the molding material will never be heated excessively and burn will never be generated in the resin. |
