<p>PURPOSE:To provide a self-excited brushless AC generator having good responsiveness by composing a rotary rectifier of a silicon rectifier, and controlling the phase of the rotary rectifier directly from the exterior. CONSTITUTION:A rotary rectifier is composed in a single phase full-wave half bridge type by thyristors 12 and silicon rectifiers 11 and supplies a field current to an AC generator field winding 2. A pulse transformer secondary coil 15 with a middle tap is mounted at the shaft end of a rotor 6, and connected through a silicon diode 14 with the gate of a thyristor 12. The primary coil 16 of a pulse transformer is connected with an automatic voltage regulator 9. Thus, a delay element becomes only an AC generator field winding to improve the recovery time and excess amount.</p> |
