PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption in plural radiotelephone sets by providing a control means bringing one radiotelephone set only into the standby state and bringing other radiotelephone set in the pause state. CONSTITUTION:When an incoming call comes from a wired telephone line, radiotelephone sets 5,5' generate a call tone, and the radiotelephone set hooked off first is brought into the talking state and the other radiotelephone set is brought into the standby state because of the absence of a reception signal. Thus, the radiotelephone set 5' only is brought into the standby state and the radiotelephone set 5 is brought always into the pause state in this way so as to use the radiotelephone set 5 into an exclusive outgoing terminal device. Further, the radiotelephone set brought into the pause state is designated by providing a switch at each radiotelephone set or fixedly at the state of manufacture. |
