<p>Procedure for obtaining engraved or plain finishes on the visible faces of a leather base. The procedure comprises the following operations: first, acrylic resin, urethane, butadiene films, in solvent or aqueous phase, are applied onto a siliconed or normal engraved paper base, leaving it to dry; second, an acrylate adhesive or glue that melts by temperature or pressure is applied along the desired plane onto the leather base like split, full grain, rectified hide, nubuck and other various kinds of leather base, leaving it to dry; third, both films are combined with the paper base and the leather base, by means of an hydraulic press and by temperature, with subsequent drying, separation of the paper and finish of the base, leather with a layer of suitable lacquer.</p> |
