<p>This package is of the type composed of a tray (2) with a peripheral fastening collar (3) for a leaktight film (4) for closing the top and trapping a gas mixture. This tray (2) comprises, in the vicinity of each of its longitudinal ends, a vertical step (5-6) for positioning the ends of the skewers (15), disposed in a manner such that the upper and lower faces of the skewered foods are at a distance from the upper film (4) and from the base (12), respectively, whilst one of these steps (5) comprises notches (7) which, parallel and spaced, form an element for positioning one of the ends of the skewers (15) and an element for preserving the spacing between the skewers so as to provide, at least between the lateral walls of the tray and the corresponding skewers, spaces which promote the circulation of the gaseous mixture all around the skewers. <IMAGE></p> |
