The process comprises applying a temp. controller, a fuel vol. controller, an air vol. controller, and temp. detectors for the furnace and the material outflow. A heat transfer detector and zone-wise supplementary furnace temp. detectors, and zone-wise full vol. detectors, are also fitted. - The system monitors the heat transfer in the various furnace zones.
