PURPOSE:To obtain a nip width necessary to fix under a low loading, and lessen a tendency for generating wrinkles of a paper by constituting the gum layer of a pressure roller from the 1st outer layer composed of a thin gum layer and the 2nd layer composed of a gum layer having a low hardness, and by incorporating a silicone oil to a silicone gum of the prescribed both layers. CONSTITUTION:The pressure roller 2 comprises a core bar 3 and two layers of gum layers 4, 5. The outer layer of the 1st gum layer 4 is composed of the silicone gum having the gum hardness of from about 30 deg.-about 60 deg. and 0.3-1.5mm a thickness. The inner layer of the 2nd. gum layer 5 is composed of the silicone gum having <=15 deg. the gum hardness. Thus, the both gum layers 4, 5 comprises about 10% the silicone coil by impregnating or intra-adding method. The pressure roller 3 has <20 deg. an effective gum surface hardness. |
