PURPOSE:To prevent a foamed material from getting cell collapse, also prevent a skin layer from getting unevenness and manufacture a laminated molded product of high quality by integrally molding polyolefin group resin base layer having specific endothermic peak and melt index on the side of a composite material foamed product consisted of a crosslinking polyolefin group resin foamed material of specific gel content percentage and apparent specific density to which a skin material is applied. CONSTITUTION:A crosslinking polyolefin group resin foamed material has 30-90% of gel content and 0.025-0.20g/cc of apparent specific density. As for a skin material, a dishcloth-shaped material of natural or artificial fibers is used. Polyolefin resin for a base layer has (TmF-60 deg.C)-(TmF+60 deg.C) of endothermic peak to the endothermic temperature TmF of a differential scanning calorimeter of a resin foamed material, and melt index at 190 deg.C is 1.0g/10min or more. A skin material 2 is applied to said resin foamed material 1, and a base layer 7 is integrally molded on its foamed material side by the hot stamping method. |
