PURPOSE:To operate with less energy consumption by mounting an output lever on a permanent magnet, and providing a magnetic neutral point where the lever is disposed at the prescribed position on a ring-shaped yoke, thereby eliminating an energizing member such as a spring. CONSTITUTION:A permanent magnet 10 which rotates around a rotational shaft as a center is mounted on a stationary unit, and a field coil 12 and a ring- shaped yoke 14 are disposed on the outer periphery of the magnet 10. Further, an output lever 15 is mounted on the magnet 10. A cutout portion 14A cut from the yoke 14 is provided on the yoke 14 as a magnetic neutral point. The lever 16 is reciprocated by interrupting the energization of the coil 12. |
