PURPOSE:To give a degree of freedom for setting the damping force of each valve device by making a soft valve device for damping-force soft and a hard valve device for damping-force hard mutually factionally independent. CONSTITUTION:A piston 1 and a piston 15 are installed while interposing a valve stopper 11 is between on both sides of a piston rod 3 in a cylinder 2. A leaf valve 6 for controlling the damping force of damping-force soft is provided on the piston 1. A leaf valve 17 for controlling the damping force of damping-force hard is provided on the piston 15. As the left-hand oil chamber A and the right-hand oil chamber B of the piston 15 are connected through the ports 21a, 21b of a rotary valve 20 provided in the piston rod 3, soft damping force can be obtained by means of the leaf valve 6. As the oil chambers A, B are connected by means of the scraped-off groove 29 of the rotary valve 20, hard damping force can be obtained by means of the leaf valve 17. |
