PURPOSE:To efficiently subject a raw food material to sterilization treatment while aging and heating, by filling a raw food material in plural opened containers having electric conduction partition plate on the bottom opened side, placing the containers on top of each other and passing current from above and below through electrical contact bodies containing a saline solution while pressing the electrical contact bodies with a pair of electrode plates. CONSTITUTION:A raw food material (A) is filled in plural insulating shape holding frames 1 having a partition electric conduction plate 2 on the bottom opened side, and the resultant plural insulating shape holding frames 1 similarly filled with the raw food material (A) are placed on top of each other in the state of close contact of both sides of the partition electric conduction plate 2 with the raw food material (A) in plural stages. Current is subsequently passed through electrical contact bodies 5 and 6 containing saline solution from above and below the laminated frames 1 placed in plural stages while pressing the electrical contact bodies 5 and 6 with a pair of electrode plates 7 and 8. Thereby, the raw food material (A), placed in plural stages and contained in the frames 1 can be subjected to sterilization treatment at the same time while aging and heating to efficiently mass-produce many electric conduction processed foods. |
