In an installation for conditioning a gaseous reaction mixture with the aid of a powdery additive, a feeder for the additive is to be provided which makes it possible, while using as little additive as possible, to react or bind dusts and noxious gases to such an extent that an electrostatic filter can be used for precipitating the pollutant.
