PURPOSE:To obtain a product excellent in heat resistance and weatherability and favorable in flexing resistance, weatherability and moldability by a method wherein a composition consisting of chlorinated polyethylene, inorganic filler, lead compound and the like is molded. CONSTITUTION:Preferable chlorinated polyethylene is amorphous and contains 25-45wt% of chlorine content. Carbon black, synthetic silicate-based white carbon, barium sulfate or titanium oxide is used as inorganic filler. Lead- containing inorganic compound is selected from the oxide, hydroxide and sulfate of lead and their double salts. Lubricant used in rubber industry or the like and preferably paraffins are used as the lubricant in this case. In addition, fluorine-containing polymer having molecular weight of 30,000-800,000 is preferably used. The composition includes 20-120pts.wt. of inorganic filler, 1.0-15.0 pts.wt. of lead containing inorganic compound, 0.5-5.0pts.wt. of lubricant and 0.1-30pts.wt. of fluorine-containing polymer with respect to 100pts.wt. of chlorinated polyethylene. |
