PURPOSE:To permit high-quality pictures to be recorded without the needs to reduce the diameter of a nozzle by providing a means of varying the degree of coloration for ink dots. CONSTITUTION:When white ink jet particles from a recording head 5 are superposed biasedly on dots 4 recorded on a recording paper 2, the color of the dots 4 recorded becomes lighter by as much as is superposed. By adjusting the superposing amount of the white ink-jet particles on the dots 4, optional densities for the same color can be produced. The superposing amounts of the white ink-jet particles from the recording head 5 can be optionally regulated by adjusting the charge amounts or deflection amounts of particles. Since the recording head capable of jetting ink jet particles of the same color as that of the ground of the recording paper is provided and the ink jet particles can be superposed on dots recorded in a given amount, light-color tone can be produced when the number of dots is increased and the superposing amount is regulated. High-quality precise pictures can thus be obtained. |
