PURPOSE:To enable to obtain a sheet, which keeps beautiful surface with high gloss even after high temperature treatment and at the same time, has proper rigidity, by a method wherein a heat-resistant heat-shrinkable expanded sheet containing styrene-acrylic copolymer resin and a polypropyrene film, onto one side of which heat-resistant printing is applied and at the same time onto the rear side of which resin layer for improving heat-sealing property is provided, are heat-bonded under pressure. CONSTITUTION:A polypropyrene film to be used has a suitable thickness of 15-40mum and high transparency. Reverse printing with heat-resistant ink for lamination is applied onto one side of the polypropyrene film 3, onto the rear side of the printed side 2 of which resin 4 for improving heat-sealing property is coated in the state being diluted with solvent. After said ink and said solvent in the resin are fully removed by volatilization, the film is heat-bonded under pressure with an expanded sheet of styrene-acrylic copolymer. The resultant composite sheet shows favorable heat-sealing property and can be allowed to easily form a shrinkable sleeve. |
