<p>PURPOSE:To improve data input efficiency by instructing the batch voicing of input data of plural items and voicing the data by the instruction. CONSTITUTION:Characters or numeric keys of an input means 21 are pressed to write the input data in a buffer and the cursor position moves to a next digit. Determined data are stored in a record memory M2 and then the contents of read definition are read out of an item control table T2; and a character string which is inputted at the front part of item data is read out of a text memory M3 and stored in a read character string buffer M3. Then the item data are read out of the memory M2 and added to the contents of the buffer M3. Then the data in the buffer are converted into a code sequence for voice output and sent to a voice output means 25.</p> |
