PURPOSE:To compensate for the temperature error at a zero point without the fluctuation of a span by connecting a temperature compensation circuit between the current input end of a first detecting resistor part or a second detecting detector part and a part of a detecting resistor. CONSTITUTION:As a temperature sensitive element, a silicon diode Dt is used. The series circuit of the diode Dt and a resistor Rt1 is connected between terminal 1 and 4. A resistor Rt2 is connected between the terminals 2 and 4. When I AO = I BO at temperature TO at the 0% input under the state wherein Dt, Rt1 and Rt2 are not added, the difference I A1 - I B1 = I Z(T) is generated at temperature T1 when I AO.R = I BO.R. Then, the output at the zero point is fluctuated by the potential difference of I Z(T).R. When Dt, Tr1 and Rt2 are added for the temperature error at the zero point such as this, (I AO - Ia)R (I BO - ib)R is obtained at the temperature TO. Therefore, Rt2 is selected so that ib = ia. In this way, the span is not fluctuated, and the temperature error at the zero point can be compensated. |
