PURPOSE:To protect exactly back-up information of an on-vehicle computer under any condition, by nullifying an initializing operation executed by a runaway time initializing means in the course of a saving operation. CONSTITUTION:When a power supply voltage of an on-vehicle computer CC drops gradually, first of all, saving of information to a back-up use storage means M is executed in order to protect prescribed information from a breakdown by a saving means C2. At this time point, an initialization stopping means C3 applied in advance a reset signal to a reset terminal of the CC so that even if a runaway time initializing means C1 operates in order to initialize the CC, its initialization is not commanded to the CC. |
