发明名称 CONTINUOUS TREATMENT INSTALLATION FOR DECREASING IRON LOSS OF GRAIN ORIENTED SILICONS STEEL SHEET
摘要 PURPOSE:To effectively deposit and form a tensile film on the surface of a grain oriented silicon steel sheet and decrease the iron loss thereof by continuously executing the polishing treatment of said steel sheet to a specular surface and ion plating treatment thereof with a single line. CONSTITUTION:The grain oriented silicon steel sheet coil 1 from which oxides are removed is introduced into an electrolytic polishing treatment tank array 2 and is continuously treated in an oxidizing tank 3, a cleaning tank 4, electrolytic cells 5, 6, a cleaning tank 7 and a drying tank 8, by which both the front and rear surfaces are treated to the specular surface. The steel sheet is then passed through preliminary evacuation vessels 11, 11', 11'' in which the pressures are regulated and segmented to the gradually higher degree of vacuum to assure the vacuum sealing of a high-vacuum treatment vessel 10 and thereafter the steel sheet is introduced into the vessel 10. The steel sheet is moved along evaporating sources 15 and ionizing electrodes 16 disposed in two upper and lower steps in the vessel 10, by which the steel sheet is subjected to the ion plating treatment and the thin films are coated on the front and rear surfaces of the steel sheet. The steel sheet is further passed through preliminary evacuation vessels 14, 14', 14'' in which the pressures are regulated and segmented to the degree of vacuum nearer the vessel 10. The sheet is then wound on coil 18.
