At this time, the information of the latitude and the longitude of the symbols 2a1-2a4 and only the meteorological 1d information are transmitted by the incorporated data of a transmitting side file 4, respective latitude line 1a, longitude line 1b, geography 1c or the like are not transmitted. In the terminal equipment 5 of a receiving side, the geography 1c enclosed, with the latitude and the longitude of symbols 2a1-2a4, and the latitude 1a and the longitude 1b are drawn from the incorporated data in a receiving side file 6, overlapped with the information 2 transmitted from the terminal equipment 3 of the transmitting side, synthesized and reproduced.
